      • DSCR
      • Pre-payment period
      • Interest only period
      • Principal and Interest
      • Escrow
      • Estimated Closing fees
      • Down payment
      • Estimated Liquidity requirements
    2. Get the Property Under Contract
    3. Provide the required documents from the loan checklist
    4. Lender orders an appraisal, and prepares closing documents
    5. Closing (the process from quote to closing can be completed in under 30 days and closing can occur within 10 days after receiving the appraisal).
